Worshipers of Gausul Azam Railway Jame Mosque in Shahjahanpur, the heart of the capital Dhaka have expressed solidarity with the oppressed Muslims of Palestine. Today, 14th May, 2021,on the day of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr they expressed their solidarity in a demonstration procession after Jumu'ah prayer.

Speakers at the rally after the demonstration said, "Distance does not mean obstacles, the mind is in Palestine.  The joy of Eid has turned into sorrow for the Palestinians.  We don't know if our voice will reach the ears of the Muslim brothers and sisters in Palestine from the protest at Shahjahanpur Gausul Azam Mosque on the Eid day.

Al-Aqsa is not only for the Palestinians but also for us. Then only they will give blood and we will be spectators, it is not fare.Everyone in the Muslim world must come forward in the struggle to conquer Quds.  "Allah, liberate Al-Aqsa, help the Palestinians, unite the Muslim Ummah."

The speakers also called on the Bangladesh government to provide military training and assistance to Palestinian resistance fighters, send troops to Palestine in the form of a UN peacekeeping mission if necessary, discuss with the leaders of the Muslim world, including Turkey.

They demanded a speedy solution by formulating an alternative platform if the United nations fail to respond in a just way.Protesters called for a boycott of Israeli products.
